PAYMENT

In order to guarantee the reservation, regardless of the season, oceanHUTS will request the total amount of the reservation, via a secure PayPal link / credit card. Payment details will be sent by oceanHUTS. VAT included in all rates. City tax will be added on all rates 

By making a reservation, the guest authorizes the property to charge the payment method provided for unpaid incidental charges, including but not limited to lost keys, excessive cleaning, damages, and missing items as follows:
Lost key: 100 €
Excessive cleaning: 250€
Damage & missing items: Depending on the extent of the damage.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere at OceanHUTS, we primarily welcome adult guests. Exceptions for mature teenagers may be made on a case-by-case basis

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation or no-show, oceanHUTS will charge 100 % of the total amount of the reservation.

Of course plans can change. In this case rescheduling will be available. Please contact us and we are happy to assist you.
